Pros
There are some really smart, hard working people at Zensar. Many of the carry-over employees from the Akibia days are some of the best colleagues I've met in my career. Logistics, support, managed services and alliances teams are quite impressive. Zensar's global support and logistics capabilities outpace other vendors in terms of value. You get so much more for equitable price points than the major competitors in the space. The company does pay well and benefits are competitive.
Cons
It is very easy to get caught up in the Indian caste system which plays out in internal company politics. This is regardless of your country of origin. Senior leadership has no problem sacrificing employees to save face back in India. Until recently when senior leadership was replaced, it was common to see the most senior leaders spend more time on saving face than making actual actionable business decisions.
