During my 1-2 year work here, I had 4 different managers because 3 quit and the 4th didn't get a pay raise!
As I was leaving, HR wanted to know why and where I was going... later in the conversation I discovered she was trying to find reasons to kick me off the company paid insurance, 401k and health benefits. She even emailed payroll to see if I owed them any money!
Turn over rate is high across all levels of seniority.
