This company only cares about profit, you are just a number.
They excuse and normalize bad behavior, people (mostly men) who are friends with the founders get away with horrific behavior and are never held accountable.
Some people have received large raises, while others are still waiting, only to be told now things are frozen due to layoffs. An exodus is coming and they don't even care, so long as they get their compensation packages.
They take pride in paying people (especially women and minorities) less, and nepotism and favoritism are always factors in who keeps their jobs and who doesn't. The recent layoffs demonstrate that.
The only thing that matters are utility rates and gross margin, and who you are buddies with. The agency bro culture is real here.
They overwork the delivery teams, and sales teams underperform, and throw delivery teams under the bus but never lose their jobs, the talented people do.
Leadership is so checked out and pretty tone deaf, most managers have never had any leadership or real work experience outside of Indigo Slate. Gaslighting people is common, and toxic behavior is allowed to fester until it is unmanageable.
Leadership doesn't see a problem when they announce their promotions on LinkedIn while the people actually doing the work, and being underpaid are still waiting for pay raises.
In general, the leadership team lacks any ability to make the tough decisions that need to happen to turn this company around.
Sadly the negative reviews for Indigo Slate are 100% true and the positive reviews are planted. I think someone said "souls come here to die" I laughed out loud when I read it because it's so true and very sad.
