Local management cares about employees. Feels at home, people know each other because the US office is still fairly small today Great work life balance.

Cons

Confused about there own strategy. They do not know what product they like to focus on and get revenue from.

Pros

Unique company in the Detroit area. Has the feel, freedom, and productivity of a small startup while having the financial backing of a large corporation. Its great to feel like you actually make an impact on the software we develop and have the opportunity to have your voice heard in the decision making. From a personal development perspective it has more opportunity than any of the other autonomous car companies in the Detroit area.

Cons

Things can feel chaotic at times, but thats just the side effects of a fast paced open environment. Communication and collaboration with the Swedish and German offices could improve.
