Willing to teach new skills and provide advance training and limited tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Not very willing to accommodate support techs with mental disabilities, even though they claimed to do so initially. Very limited opportunities for advancement into a better paying position.

Pros

Pay is way above average for similar positions at other companies. Healthcare is very cheap and covers a lot. Profit sharing, occasional lunches, lots of vacation time, sick time, every holiday off paid. Job keeps you busy and thinking, not micro managed. Theres so much more.

Cons

Mind your p's and q's and stay on your toes because theres usually that one person thats always trying to get someone in trouble.

Cons

The only cons I see are sometimes an inability to climb ranks without waiting for your boss to retire.
