Pros
1. Good inter-department teamwork to solve problem when arise. 2. Simple work processes to deal with daily.
Cons
1. Limited workspace. Office administrative, operations departments and control room in the same building makes the working environment like in the budget office. 2. Not much of benefits except those by regulations. 3. May not feel like working as family. 4. Not much of joyous occasion to remember, for now.
