Pros

Zerto is an amazing company to work for. You have to work hard (as in all startup's), but there are no politics and the culture is great. The product is fantastic, rock-solid and partners and end-users love it. That's what keeps everyone motivated to make it even a better company. There are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.
