Good culture and good people. Open door policy. Senior Management is good. Lots to learn and good training. They make you feel welcome.

Cons

Too much work load. Job pressure is high. No work life balance. Almost zero. Depends mostly on the project.

Exposure to collaborative projects at a very early stage. Upper-level management is approachable. Decent for freshers from two-tier/three-tier colleges. HR is helpful.

Cons

Departments aren't growth-oriented due to a lack of notable projects, employees usually get plateaued in terms of skill-set very early. Poor standard of projects for a service-based company in today's pharma world. Middle-level management is awful. Not a great environment to learn and grow. Pay and benefits are less compared to standards. Work-life balance is non-existent.
