      Location is nice. No other pros

      Cons

      No work independence. The higher management believes in micro management and don't trust their employees. The CEO has an attitude problem and is not realistic when it comes to setting up goals for the employees. They don't pay well to the deserving people especially commission based staff. No profit sharing whatsoever.

      Pros

      Due to the size of the company, the ability to reach someone directly is always an advantage.

      Cons

      The promises of advancement and the ability to reach personal financial goals are pie in the sky here. The CEO although a very nice man is either out of touch with reality or is outright lying to prospective employees about what can actually be achieved at this company. He hires someone with a specific specialty only to try and micromanage a subject matter he clearly has no knowledge of. It was literally a fight at every turn.
