None that I can think of to be honest other than they sought me out.

Cons

-Unpaid holidays (unlike their competitor in the area, Aerotek) -No Communication after you've been hired -Disrespectful and short when there is communication -No feedback on your performance

The Job offer was relatively quick.

Most unprofessional onboarding experience of my career. I told Zillion that their online software they use to upload employee information was not secure. They acted as if i was incompetent.
