Don't have even 5 words to describe pros

Cons

Just a small company with attitude staff and managers Many people working in management level dont even know how to speak english properly. Low salaries No Hikes No growth No proper higher management Lot of pressure Extra work hours with no pay Office location, premises and neatness is one of the worst i ever seen

My association with Zillion is since 2013 Zillion has a great team of long standing professional Account Managers and Recruiters Salary is deposited on a timely manner every two weeks as direct deport to all the employee and contractors, which is really good All staff members are supportive and pretty much will respond very quickly, if you have any issue. Immigration process is clean and smooth Management is friendly and doing a great job in running the company

Suggestion.....HR needs to improve in returning phone calls Nothing serious that I can think of
