None that I can think of to be honest other than they sought me out.

Cons

-Unpaid holidays (unlike their competitor in the area, Aerotek) -No Communication after you've been hired -Disrespectful and short when there is communication -No feedback on your performance

Pros

I have been working with them as a consultant for 10 years and have done many projects for their various clients. It’s a great place to work. The people I have dealt are absolutely fantastic. They have a beautiful office in Ashburn, VA and have a very smooth and successful immigration process, which is very important in this kind of market. The year-end annual holiday party that they host every year, is fun to attend as you get to meet everyone including the staff/management and other consultants.

Cons

At times, there is a delay in getting an answer from HR but its not that of a big deal. I have nothing to complaint
