Very agile environment, inclusive, open door policy, great pay and benefits, values promoting from within, ownership of projects.

Cons

Silohed departments, lack of job security do to layoffs and market, moves very fast (ran like a tech company)

Very committed to being remote and great experience and support doing it Great work life balance A lot of opportunities to grow in your team and in other teams

Cons

Some of the great things are dependent on the manager you get, bad managers can get away with it for a very long time

Pros

Benefits and money but that doesn’t last long, like slapping lipstick on a pig.

Cons

They are gradually moving all teams to either El Salvador or Mexico making upward mobility non existent. They treat internal candidates like dog water. Have been told that maybe i should look for outside opportunities if I want to possibly move up. Constant reorg changes. Hiring from T-mobile has just made the environment stale as they would rather hire their friends.
