      great break room. lotsa food for the stoners who had munchies and trust me, we had plenty of them on the sales floor

      plenty of stoners and high ons. lots of lack of professionalism with many of the sales people doing drugs.

      A sad shell of its former self

      Pros

      Some wonderful talent all around and first rate engineers. The company used to embrace a strong work life balance, which has no gone to the wayside. Also some great personalities and people that are fun to be in the trenches with. Terminating our president was one of the better days. David Beitel is about as sharp as they come.

      Cons

      There is quite limited mobility within the company. Our hiring pipeline is abysmal. We don't practice what we preach. Teams are woefully overworked and understaffed. We are heavy on managers and low on individual contributors. Many managers are not even technical and serve as little more than bobbling heads. On boarding new engineers is comical, as if we were a two week old startup and not a company with almost two decades at market. We keep buying companies and integrating them poorly and tripling the work of our teams.
