      Pros

      Used to be a good place to work. The people are great and want to genuinely help.

      Cons

      The PA leadership leads by dictating instead of listening to their employees and partners. Lacks a sound business strategy for how we plan on fixing our issues and progressing forward. Too many areas of focus with no resources to support. No metrics to work towards - or ones that actually matter. Multiple messy launches from product putting tremendous pressure on Sales teams, Communication and Marketing.

      Pros

      -Work life balance -Great coworkers who care about you and are there to build something great. -Benefits are pretty good -if you have a good manager, there are a lot of career development opportunities -L&D is fantastic - they just need more people and resources but the programs are well done

      Cons

      -very low pay compared to other tech companies -if you have bad senior leadership in your org, it kills morale and leads to a toxic work environment (rentals ops) -morale in general has declined over the years and took a big hit after the ZO layoffs -the company vision has been obfuscated due to unclear messaging from c-suite -most people are taking on 2-3 jobs at a time due to attrition and lack of resources.
