Pros
Loved the company for 7 years until we started being part of the transaction. Zillow is great at B2B, has not figured out B2C yet. Has great relationships with brokerages.
Cons
B2C needs more tools to allow the sales professionals to be more effective and efficient. Currently a strong sales pro needs to work 60+ hours per week to meet the demands of agents
