Pros

Home office, gym stipends. Work from home.

Cons

The training process for sales is absolutely terrible. You spend a ton of time on HR and compliance trainings, followed by a week of very general systems. No time at all is spent on deep dives into the product, call shadowing, or competitive advantage. They then expect you to simply learn by doing, even though your training was all HR and high level systems. All of this while you’ll be expected to hit a quota. You are encouraged to fabricate your hours worked during training, even though Zillow says they want to “do the right thing.” They say you can flex these, but plenty of hours over 40 took place the first few weeks due to travel, late meetings, and other factors. Given the timeframe flexing was not possible but OT not allowed. Sales has way too many reps. Contacts are way overworked and Zillow contacts them multiple times a month. I cannot say but wouldn’t be surprised if layoffs eventually happen.
