Pros

Benefits are mid, like 6/10 but better than much of corporate america Great core values... in theory.

Cons

-INCREDIBLY Dishonest Leadership -No Transparency - They WILL Do Things Behind Your Team's Back And NEVER Tell You -Terrible Pay - Yearly Raises LESS THAN $1. -NO Commission. -Overworked - No room for mental health care. They pretend they care about mental health but they only cover 8 sessions of CBT. -HR is not on your side. Ever. -The way HR and Leadership talk about FMLA and time off is disgusting -difficult to unionize, it's remote -They take away benefits and increase the cost of benefits yearly. Any review on here regarding benefits from before 2024 is obsolete. They raise health insurance costs for families and individuals.
