Pros

Great people! They do a great job hiring. Training, management and colleagues all superstars.

Cons

If you work in acquisition, understand that if you're not hitting quota right away or consistently, you're job is at risk.

Pros

Global work culture seemed great. Great benefits. Great WFH environment.

Cons

No coaching at all - it’s a very tough market and a very hard sell. Leadership does not provide call coaching or any additional training. You figure it out on your own or fail. Most reps are open that they lie to prospects to get the sale. If you’re not willing to do that you won’t be successful.
