Pros

Good intentions and values coming from the top executives. Tries to give back to the community.

Cons

Core values aren't practiced amongst all department. Too much focus on self promotion with a lack of shared accountability and teamwork.

Not worth it

Pros

Good commissions tiers and able to work from home

Cons

Worked two years, under three managers. Macro, to middle, than to micro. By the end, you could tell they were wanting people to come into the office and eliminate the remote sector. Since I was hired remote, with no office in my city, and the nearest one being over 1,000 miles away, there was no chance of that happening. Micro manger started being insane with numbers and it just wasn't worth the headache.
