Pros

You’re not selling some bs product, you’re selling a product that works for the top brand in the industry. Great training when you start. Managers are great.

Cons

Monthly quotas, two misses and pack your bags. Seasonal demand, fall and winter can be very slow (quotas don’t change based on month). Often there is not enough sellable inventory to meet the sales reps needs. All the agents you’re selling to want leads from the same zip codes, and there’s only so many leads available in every zip code (sold out). Zillow has progressively made the commission structure less and less rewarding. Sales reps can make more than managers. Financially better off staying a sales rep then progressing into management.

Pros

I work originally for Showing Time before Zillow purchased them. Showing Time was a good company.

Cons

After Zillow purchased Showing Time they started to change things and I chose to leave at that time.
