Pros

One of the best company cultures and work life balance! I left the company for personal reasons, but I would go back in a heartbeat . -work life balance -culture -people -impactful work -opportunities for growth -fair compensation -great benefits

Cons

Can be hard - they push you but always for the better. Some departments don’t have as good of a work life balance

Pros

Remote work and easy to hit target quota. Positive work life balance if you manage your time right.

Cons

They listen to all your calls and evaluate every word out of your mouth on daily basis. As long as you stick to their core values you'll be ok. Zillow went downhill when Mr. Barton came back as CEO.
