People are mostly great, varies per team.
Cons
New hire comp packages include a bonus for the first two years, but little to no compensation incentive to stay after 2 years. No cash bonus or ESPP, and the stock option/RSU equity grant is not considerable as Z does not trade very high. Processes aren't as scalable as they should be considering the company's size and industry (tech). People are hit or miss depending on your team. Teams are questionably top heavy.
