Pros

Good pay and benefits, work from home.

Cons

Cons would be shift bids, so you don't always get the days and hours you want, and it's based on performance. Also, holidays are work days. People didn't appreciate being called at 8:00 am on Easter or Mother's Day.

Pros

Overall this was a good company to work for. There were occasions where the company went above and beyond what was needed to do the right thing for their employee. Diversity and Inclusion is encouraged and there's a caring Diversity Group that most people will find interesting and helpful. Nice benefits and healthcare options.

Cons

Micro-managed. Repeat of the same processes YOY when new managers entered the company.
