      Great place to be!

      Pros

      I've been working at Zillow for about a year, and there are honestly no real complaints. The company is innovative, forward thinking, and proactive. It feel like every month there's a new partnership or tool that's been added. Zillow really is THE leader in Real Estate. Employees work hard and see results. The sales team culture, is more supportive than competitive.

      Cons

      Ever changing expectations. This is typical of a sales organization, however I worry that Zillow may be moving too quickly. Expectations have drastically increased without the available opportunity.

      Great place to upskill yourself and do meaningful work

      Pros

      You'll be surrounded by incredibly smart people. Everyone is very willing to help you out. Weekly trainings to up-skill yourself. The culture is great and the benefits are as well.

      Cons

      They are disruptive innovators, so expect some friction with some clients if you are managing a book of business. You will be around many successful, hardworking people so the expectations are high. But this is good as it will push you.
