      Good benefits Kind people Good leadership Active assistant community

      Cons

      Administrative assistants are underpaid across the board compared to other tech companies. Toxic administrative assistant “clicks” at the C-suite support level that actively push down the growth of admins at lower levels. Stunted growth opportunities- no incentive to go above and beyond.

      Good starting role, but move on quickly

      Zillow offers some of the best benefits in sales, and is projected to grow strongly!

      Cons

      The lack of real estate experience in the new leadership team shows and it negatively impacts training and understanding of who is contributing at a high level. Get in the door and move on to another department as fast as you can.
