Pros

Great work environment. You can find some really cool & down to earth people there.

Cons

So many product issues to the point where employees are blamed because for poor satisfaction. So many department& role changes.

Thank you for feedback. While it is nice to hear you found the ZG work environment to be positive, I am sorry to hear about your challenges with the product and departmental changes. We are constantly striving to improve our product experience, and we admittedly do not always get it right. Going forward, we are committed to investing more deeply in our product and while we recognize departmental changes can be internally disruptive, we are open to making those changes if we think it will create the best experience for our consumers and professionals. Thank you again for your honest feedback…it will help us to improve.

Pros

-Competitive Salary, earning opportunity, and industry experience. -Generous benefits. Exciting & unique company events -Accessibility to CEO

Cons

-Organizational restructuring resulted in the appointment of team managers with zero people management experience. -Prevalent gossip, and a culture of secrecy -Unprofessional management etiquette -Growth is difficult to achieve under the tutelage of individuals with less professional experience than entry level hires.

Thank you for the review. We take pride in the opportunity here. I am glad your experience reflects that sentiment. Your assertions regarding the transparency of our environment and the leadership team are counter to my experience. I would love to hear more about your experience. Please feel free to email me at stevec@zillowgroup.com or pull me aside on the sales floor. Thanks again for the review. Steve Capezza - Vice President, Premier Agent Sales

We are committed to maintaining a culture that is open, inclusive, and one that provides all employees with an equal opportunity to realize their potential and do the best work of their careers. We believe strongly that embracing a diverse workforce not only enhances Zillow Group’s workplace culture but is key to our success as a company. We recognize this commitment takes meaningful action because, for us, focus on diversity and inclusion is a way of doing business. We are always striving to do more - including the creation of a new executive position dedicated to implementing initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion that I currently serve as. If you’re willing, I’d like to hear more specific feedback from you so that we can better understand your concerns. You can reach me at rebekahb@zillowgroup.com. -Rebekah Bastian, VP of Community and Culture
