Pros

Work from home makes the Work/Life balance second to none. Great culture Lifelong friendships Ultra competitive wages Great benefits Travel 2-3x’s per quarter to meet partners in person

Cons

Lack of daily physical interaction with coworkers can make it lonely at times but the daily zooms and slack channels ease the pain a bit. It can be difficult to move up or to a different department within the org. Layoffs last year still have us a bit on edge as far as job security.

Poor leadership and toxic culture

Pros

Good compensation, benefits and ability to work remote.

Cons

Inexperienced and immature managers who lack accountability and tend to have everyone running in circles. Teams don’t work together and end up being territorial and operate in silos. Toxic environment, deception between teams due to manager power trips, bad behavior runs rampant

Pros

Good pay and benefits, work from home.

Cons

Cons would be shift bids, so you don't always get the days and hours you want, and it's based on performance. Also, holidays are work days. People didn't appreciate being called at 8:00 am on Easter or Mother's Day.
