Pros
Some truly great managers and fellow employees. Laid-back work environment. Compensates well for home internet and physical fitness. Easy job to perform.
Cons
Changes constantly—this is framed as positive, but in reality it creates an uncertain work environment. Very limited opportunities for advancement—to the point of feeling clique-like. They do nothing to create equal pay for minorities and women across roles, yet celebrate this underachievement since they "are doing better than other companies." Difficult to really connect with senior management. Pay raises are ridiculously minimal for the lowest paid, and exorbitant for the highest.
