Pros

the people and being remote

Cons

we are told how successful we are and had our highest earning year in rentals but yet they cut our salaries. Goals are impossible to hit, and if you miss 2 quarters in a row you are fired.

Pros

Fully remote, strong brand awareness from consumers, product works well for most clients in the rental space

Cons

Almost non-existent career growth opportunity, below average pay, reductions in variable compensation, low base pay, increased quotas, no real benefit to Senior title, erosion of benefits, corner cutting is more and more common, no longer values your voice, opinion, creativity

Pros

My manager at the time was wonderful - until he left.

Cons

Lack of engagement. New management was manipulative, would take your words and skew them into their own narrative to use against you later. Leadership allowed other executives who had verbally assaulted someone to stay with the company, and had excused their behavior. Team members would take no ownership over their own work and responsibilities. My mental health was never worse than working for this company.
