11yI'm glad you like working at Zillow and feel that it is still a startup. As I have said many times, being a startup is a "state of mind", and Zillow is still definitely a startup. It doesn't matter if we're publicly traded or privately held, if we're 2000 employees or 20 employees. To me, being a startup means that we're taking risks, swinging big, and constantly reinventing our company and our business model. That's what keeps it fun.
