Pros

I loved working for Zillow, sales and targets were easy to hit. Benefits and 401k are amazing and truthfully they offer an amazing severance package.

Cons

Laid off.. I was a top performer, top 2% in the org in average deal size and and was laid off. Even worse they rehired an employee that started with me and was already on a second warning barely 3 months into the role for poor performance .. this person was in no way shape or form qualified for the position and management and others higher up completely agree I cannot understand how I lost my job.. but especially can’t understand how this employee was able to get a job upmarket
