Pros

The company offers exceptional benefits and perks, making it a truly rewarding place to work. The flexibility of remote work from anywhere is a huge advantage, allowing for a great work-life balance. The culture is vibrant and supportive, with a team of enthusiastic and approachable colleagues always ready to lend a hand when needed. It’s an environment that fosters collaboration and positivity!

Cons

When you are working for big Tech specially with a big name and brand your job is on the line at anytime no matter how long or what position you are in its just the nature of big Tech corporations. The bigger the organization the faster you'll get let go when they have to make layoffs. Advise to new and old keep your resume updated and always have a plan B.
