Work life balance is good, fully remote with the option to use their beautiful office space in Seattle.

Cons

Lacking clear strategic direction. It is hard to get excited on a day-to-day basis like I used to. Lots of tech people are leaving which has a cascading effect on some peoples' workloads in the short-term.
