      Direct team members support you! Employee engagement.

      Cons

      Management is all for themselves. Management will not listen to you when you bring up issues then blame you for said issues. Also no room for growth or opportunity ! Over worked and under paid!

The company offers career development resources, including our internal job posting board, as well as several learning and development courses. In addition to these resources, we also offer a tuition reimbursement program, where the company will help team members further their education and advance their skills at a lower cost. Ultimately, the responsibility to map out a personal career development plan belongs to the individual team member in conjunction with his/her manager — allowing them to create an achievable personal development plan that is tailored to your specific needs.

      Pros

      Nothing I can think of. Culture is toxic, management sucks. Work-life balance is good if you live in Warsaw for the most part.

      Cons

      Very stratified and classist. You will not be treated fairly unless you are in favor with executives.
