      It was a paycheck at least.

      Cons

      They practice the cancel culture on those who are not leftist. We saw people being managed out of a job for not being leftist.

      Prior to current management the pay was good.

      Very poor management. Ineffective HR. Constant lay-offs.

      Competitive pay and benefits are normal

      Cons

      If you didn’t come through the intern program or rotational program you will be at a great disadvantage. The Zimmer culture is very strange and not easily understood. Some of those in leadership are bullies. They bully everyone. They demean and belittle and make an otherwise enjoyable job terrible. It’s a shame when you dread going to work daily because your boss is a tyrant.
