Pros

Fellow co-workers were great, office location was also a bonus. Office snacks, monthly birthday celebrations.

Cons

Insurance -very high premiums, no time off until it accrued, set hours - no deviation. Zero flexibility. Reimbursement for travel - no company cc. Only reimbursed for gas no mileage or wear & tear. No training. Don't expect to be appreciated.

You learn a lot in a short time frame

Cons

They are endless. If you have no desire to be in Advertising, do not take the job. It is only (somewhat) worth the hours/terrible pay/stress if you want to be in NYC one day working for a top agency.

If you need a job then work here. It is a great place for college grads to work because you will learn everything you need to know after working over 50 hours a week in 6 months.

Cons

No balance of work and life. 24/7 means they will call you to work at any time. I was once called by my boss while in church on Sunday to come in immediately. You never get time off. And if you are sick you are expected to come in. Management especially the higher ups are notoriously for being powerfully rude and unnerving. This comes from Jordan Zimmerman at the top. He has no morals. Very high turn over!
