      Having Zimmerman on your resume

      Where do I begin? Well to start, they removed the only benefit (hybrid working). The pay is not comparable to other agencies and a fair amount of positions are held by people living with their parents because it's not enough to survive any other way. So of course driving to work 5 days a week when previously remote adds up and becomes unaffordable. I'd make more working at Target, and that's not an exaggeration. Management will stand in the lobby and take count of who is late (even if it is a minute). They do not care about you or treat you like a human. I should have listened to the reviews before accepting this job.

      Pros

      Like other real reviews there aren't any pros. They are a narcissistic organization that works people until they burn out. They take good strong, skilled people and break them down until they are nothing but drones. Think boge collective

      Cons

      Where to start... Low pay, no work life balance, no respect, no opportunity for growth, horrific benefits that you will pay for through your nose and bad management
