Pros

Literally nothing. But if I HAD to pick one thing it would be putting the name on your resume since it's a "well known" agency in soflo.

Cons

Where do I even start... 1. You will feel like you time traveled back to high school as an adult. There is a person who takes attendance EVERY morning with a clipboard and will mark you off as you walk through the lobby door. TBH, it is expected of you to get there before 9am but if you happen to get there at 9;01 or later you will be marked off accordingly. It is legit high school. If you have car troubles, pet troubles, or anything that could make someone late from time to time good luck. They will probably only accept those "excuses" once or twice. The anxiety that this environment induces every morning is gut wrenching. That might sound over dramatic but if you happen to be stuck in traffic or something random out of the blue happens to make you a couple of minutes late... good luck!! 2. The same person who takes attendance in the morning walks around the building through out the day checking up on everyone. When I tell you you feel like you transported back to high school, please, please, PLEASE believe it. You will not feel your age, I felt like as 16 year old as an almost 28 year old. 3. The working hours are a STRICT 9-6 NO EXCEPTIONS. That means if it is not exactly 6pm on the literal dot, you are not supposed to walk out that door. Even if it is 5:49 or 5:51 that would be considered leaving early. So expect someone to say something if you happen to have an appointment, dinner, or anything that is normal for a human being to have after their day at work and you may just want to get out of the office 5-10 mins earlier, you will not be authorized. Please, please, PLEASE believe this. 4. If you are a mid-level employee just joining the company, be prepared to do assistant level work for atleast a year. Unless you know the account through and through like the people who have been there for 3+ years (if there is any of those on your team, because they are rare) do not expect to be trusted or to handle anything client facing for a WHILE. So, while you will be doing overtime hours for pennies, or no pennies at all if you are no longer eligible for it because of your salary, it is most likely going to be assistant level grunt work. You will be EXPECTED to do this many times. And of course, it is always good to show your willingness to stay late or work late some nights here and there, I am not saying that this is the only company that you will be doing that at, however, they go about it a certain kind of way where it almost makes you feel like you are a hostage and cannot leave. 5. The gossiping amongst this office is NEXT LEVEL. Which, again, makes you feel like you transported back to high school. Trust NO ONE that you meet. Everybody is out for themselves in this office. There is absolutely no loyalty, trust worthiness, or sense of team. You will feel alone even in a room full of people. 6. I guess they call it the "machine" for a reason. You will be expected to be doing work AT ALL TIMES. People will walk around the office all day just to make sure that you are sitting there staring at the computer screen, doing something. Do not think that for a second people are not looking at your computer screen, because they are. I am all for hard working and grinding, but we are NOT machines and it is OK to not be on excel or whatever every single minute of every single day. Mistakes happen when people are overworked day in and day out. Just saying. 7. Please, Please, PLEASE believe that the people in this office DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. There is frequent flooding in south florida, especially the FT. Lauderdale area. You WILL be expected to drive through bodies of water just to come into the office, even if the rain has not stopped and cars around you have broken down. No exceptions. And if the storm is happening while you are in the office, do not think that you will be able to rush home and beat the bodies of water that eventually amass. They do not care about you. And they do not care if there is excessive flooding. You will NEED to be at the office. There are so many day-to-day cons that could make this list go on forever. I hope that if you are considering taking a job here that you truly absorb and believe every single thing these reviews are saying because they are TRUE. I was in a position where I was considering the job here and came here to read the reviews and chose to ignore them thinking it can't be that bad. Well, it is THAT BAD and even worse. I highly encourage you to really think about joining this company and if you think a job that barely pays you anything, doesn't care about you as a human, and makes you feel like a high school hostage is worth it. There are other jobs out there I promise.

Pros

Different teams may have had different experiences

Cons

This place was a nightmare. People were uncooperative, misogynistic, petty, and unhelpful. No really, someone said in a meeting that 'women take the notes'. So unorganized because there is such a high amount of turnover that no one is able to train anyone in the systems. I would spend a whole day circling the building trying to find someone to teach me what should have been a simple task but I would be ping ponged from person to person because no one knew the protocol! The pay is SO bad. Long long hours. Also, the valet situation is weird and not a cool 'perk'. I still cringe every time I drive past the building. I wouldn't wish employment here upon my worst enemy.

Pros

there are absolutely no pros to working here.

Cons

This was the worst experience of my life. Management is terrible. The turnover rate is insane. I had 3 bosses in 3 months. I learned nothing. They make it seem like such an amazing opportunity but then you get there and are left in the dust. Nobody knows what they are talking about and I had to run an entire account as a recent college graduate. The account services department is absolutely horridly run. People are rude and don't respect your time off. People are manic and it is overall horribly run. I do not wish this job on my worst enemy. When I quit ( I gave 2 weeks notice) I was harassed by the head of HR when I went to return my laptop. He yelled things at me like - how could you leave your account like this!! He was very obviously trying to use intimidation to scare me. I ran out in tears.
