Pros

Cannot think of anything, I guess SOME people are nice.......

Cons

1. A narcissist owner - Jordan will force you to listen to his nonsense. If you do not attend to one of his ridiculous meetings, you can get fired! During the pandemic (one of the most stressful years of our lives) this man had the audacity to get rid of half of the agency and then had a mandatory call to tell us that we needed to work extra hard or we would also lose our jobs too. Here are a few more things: -He will walk into our department to talk politics and ask for our opinion. -He loves taking pictures of himself, and you will see them framed around the office -He will make you do FREE work for his friends -He also forced half of the agency to go to the office during the peak of the pandemic -He'll invite his friends to the office to brag about his agency and make us listen to their no-sense -On your first day, you have to attend to a mandatory meeting where he talks about himself the entire time and promotes his ridiculous book -He believes he is an influencer - often times we would be at our department filming videos for his IG. (his followers are fake). There is sooooo much more. 2. Toxic work environment - Good luck trying to talk to HR, they will not do anything for you. -Directors and VPs have been there for decades, and they are Jordan's friends, so they get away with everything. I had to listen to tons of inappropriate conversations and witness horrible behavior from leadership. 3. Pay sucks, 90% of employees are not paid well, but they expect you to work 24/7. Jordan prefers spending money on building renovations, his friends or his private plane. Who knows....... 4. The agency sucks!!!!! The work that comes from this place is embarrassing, the creative team is old and outdated. They do not keep clients. 5. There is no diversity - they do not care about having a diverse team or helping women move up. They did nothing during the BLM protest in 2020. In fact, they could care less and were annoyed when we asked about how they were planning to improve the company. Overall this place is horrible!!

You Will Never Be Appreciated

Pros

Nice, clean building. For many people working here will be a resume builder.

Cons

You will never be appreciated. You will never get a raise. If you're a woman, you will never get a promotion (note the all male senior mgmt). The company will never care about you. The internal recruiters will blatantly lie to you throughout the hiring process; anything they don't put in writing should be considered a lie. The benefits will be the worst/costliest you'll ever encounter. The valets will damage your car at some point.

Pros

Tax Free State, no place to hang yourself.

Cons

Everything. Starting at the top. JZ is out of touch, his executive team is worse. If there were cameras allowed to film in that place everyone would think its fake.
