Entry-level employees get paid peanuts. It improves for mid-to-senior level employees. But a common sentiment is that the only way to get a raise is to leave, and that's too bad. Outside of that, people love it here - but many of them tire of the compensation game, know that they can get paid better elsewhere, and then do. Some departments are understaffed, too.

The majority of the staff is quite young. It takes a while to settle into your own groove and align with peers who "get you" if you are in fact a seasoned professional. Once accomplished, it's a comfortable and surprisingly stress-free environment, regardless of the reputation as a churn and burn agency. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for the way the agency is run so impeccably and professionally.
