Pros

Great place to make friends. Umm.... that's all. I loved working from 9am to 9pm. I loved getting promoted without a salary increase. I loved all the drama too, that was my favorite.

Cons

You know what's fun? Deciding to take vacation time and then having a guilt trip laid on you. When I worked there the pay was so terrible with the hours we worked that the department of labor had to step in. The most unprofessional work place I've ever come across. Good luck!

Pros

Your co-workers will be cool. You'll get along with them. If for no other reason, than because you can complain about how much you hate the place. They have free candy, which is nice.

Cons

Above all else, the stress that will be unwillingly placed upon you. There is a reason the turnover is so high. Every week, at least 5-10 people quit/get fired. In an office of less than 200, that's insanely high. The job of HR, almost exclusively, is to find new hires, weekly. No one stays longer than 2 years. And if they do, it's only because they either kiss someone's "bum" or care only about money (not their free-time, family nor health). Trust me; I know things might be tough for you, and you may need a job/money, but this place really isn't worth it. It doesn't deserve you. You are better than this place. Keep looking.

Leadership is non existent. The Chairman is too busy trying to be a celebrity and has left management of the company to at the HR director and a bean counter.
