If you want to go back in time and work in a sweat shop this is the place for you! They overwork everyone at the company to the point where people have passed out at work. God forbid you come to work a few minutes late and they threaten to fire you. But they expect you to work OT most of the time. The executives don't care about anyone, just about looking good to JZ - the CEO. They all fall in line and do whatever they are told. Jordan Zimmerman is like a tyrant. He doesn't care about his employees at all. He expects everyone to do as they are told, no questions asked. To put it into perspective, he has employees taking attendance in the office so that he can fire people who come in late. After WFH was lifted at the company he made everyone come back to the office or threatened to fire them. A woman who had a new born and has another child at home was forced to drive 2hrs to work every day once the WFH was lifted and her maternity leave ended otherwise she was told she would be fired.
