      Pros

      lots of opportunity because a lot of the people who have been there for a while are going to afford you the opportunity for advancement. If you can bring the goods you can thrive.

      Cons

      As with a lot of big companies, there are some people in management who are set in their ways. But there are some innovators as well.. The agency needs to bring in more creative management. The market is dictating that.

      Pros

      Great place to learn how to manage your time. The demands of this organization are so unbelievable that when you leave you'll be an excellent multi-tasker.

      Cons

      Low pay, ridiculous expectations, hostile work environment, ego maniac management, unsustainable workload, not enough space for workers, no parking-read the other reviews.

      Great place to build your resume or get some basic experience (but not in a particularly meaningful or sustainable way). That blog we all get subjected to provides a good laugh.

      Low pay Unsustainable in terms of work load Little praise or acknowledgement for efforts No raises for most people over several years The management promotes a fear based culture
