Pros

-Exposure to really cool brands -You meet some nice people -Good starting off point if you are fresh out of college -Nice building -They do fun events now and then

Cons

-Toxic work culture -Outdated ideas about marketing -Lots of ego comes in the way of good work -You often question your integrity or value -Very low pay, severely under industry average and they will claim its because Florida lacks a state tax which is BS. -Some department heads play favorites with associates -Everything is on a budget -Lack of diversity except in accounting department (you know the one department that is not paid for ideas or creative/strategic thinking) -Very gossipy -Promotions are based on personal relationships not actual performance -You can’t tell people things they may use it against you -They overpromise and under deliver constantly hence why their talent and clients leave at the same pace. -Cringy Creative sometimes you have to defend

Pros

Really nice building. If you’re lucky you’ll make really good friends and meet some very talented people. If you’re older than 50 and already made your career, this is a good place for you.

Cons

Where to begin, when you interview everything seems good and you wonder “why did I hear so many bad things about this place? It seems so nice and they have all these well known clients” but don’t get trapped, it’s just a facade. You’ll do an onboarding meeting with Jordan Zimmerman where he’s gonna talk about himself and the company and give you a book about his life that is mandatory to read and he would ask you questions about it, just to hear more about himself....When they have client meetings they ask you to be a sit filler so the areas where the clients are seem full and busy...they show this video from 2016 with clients that they lost already, showing all the “amazing” results they’ve had, then clients fall for the trap too. Just a few examples of how fake everything is. It’s a revolving door, for clients and for employees...talented people just leave because the salaries for the starting positions and some mid level ones are below average. They just love promoting people that are already directors or have higher positions. The perfect analogy is a bad government, making the rich richer and they just lie to the ppl that do the day to day hard work, that things are gonna get better but it’s never gonna happen.

Pros

The people here (some) are the best. If you don't get involved in the "high school clicks" and want to meet meaningful people. it's possible they are there. Clients you will work with can be fun.

Cons

Heavy racism and immaturity. There are like 4 black people that work there and they ALL talk amongst themselves about the racial disparity and racist moments that occur. lol legit. most black people there are extremely uncomfortable and you usually see them to themselves. also... they employ many young people with zero exp to work with professionals that's been in the game for years. It's hard working with someone that says "like" every sec when having a convo and literally doesn't killed know what they are doing. The Accounting team is atrocious literally. Brainless very lazy. Also be prepared to listen to many vanity speeches from the owner. Dude loves to hear himself talk
