      Everything. No respect. No culture. CEO is a narcissist… only cares about he looks, which is an roided-out, orange-glowing Boca man. Everyone around him has ZERO guts to anything other than praising him, which ultimately makes the employees defensive less. Witnessed multiple verbal abuses including a few of my own.

      If you were late - arrived after 9AM you had to check in with HR - basically report to the principle's office like an elementary student Christmas: you must work 1 day of the week & on that day you have to sign in - again like an elementary student Very top heavy with anyone underneath doing the work but being trusted with little to no information
