Underpaid, sometimes OT is mandatory, terrible upper management, lack of empathy, most “seasoned” employees lack knowledge of the plans not very helpful, kind of micromanaged, needs to provide more PTO opportunities, understaffed, no real growth opportunities, doesn’t feel like a team or organization that grows together.

Leadership changes with no direction. New leadership is awful. Significant job cuts were made and employee morale is now low.
