Pros
Finding the right work environment is key for me. I am big on relationships and I want to work for a place that I feel like I am making a difference, but doing so with a company that also has an incredible company culture to support. You spend more time with your colleagues "virtually" now than you do sometimes with your own family so you better like the the environment and people you are working with. I drilled pretty hard before I started and what was portrayed was a collaborative work environment where we all make a difference together. I am happy to say this has held true since the day I started and our CEO makes a point to check in regularly to make sure we are all doing well and there is nothing more he can be doing to support the TEAM! I am always looking for constructive criticism as that is what makes me better and helps me grow. I feel that I am working with genuinely smart people who will always push me to be better in a great uplifting way. I always want to be LEARNING alongside my colleagues and I feel I have truly found this within a great environment, which is a win-win for me. I am excited for what the future holds with Zinier and lucky to be working alongside these incredible individuals day-to-day. Go Team Zinier!
Cons
Zinier is breaking into the market. I am excited to be part of this and it is partly why I took the job so I could be part of something. I truly believe this is the next generation of field service and I am excited to be part of helping Zinier make a name for itself. Since it is new to the market, brand recognition is a challenge, but we will get there, you just wait :).
