Pros
The people are great from top to bottom, without exception from what I've seen so far. It's an amazing platform that is unique in the marketplace and there is an emphasis on rapid development. Product management is keenly interested in gathering input from what sales is seeing and has seen in the field. I have never seen or even heard of a company taking this input then turning around and applying it to the product as quickly as they have here. A huge emphasis has been made over the last few month to streamline the company structure for success. It's always hard to see this happen. I've worked with very large companies like Oracle and Salesforce where this is not uncommon. As a sales executive, the sales management has been fantastic. The sales tools and support they have provided us with are better than what I had at Salesforce and Oracle. And there's a singular vision and focus on what needs to be done and providing us the support to do it without all of the BS fire drills and distractions.
Cons
There have been some recent layoffs, and when people are let go in a small company, they feel like family and it's hard to see that happen and it feels more personal. I'd probably feel the same way if I were in their shoes. Frankly in my role, I haven't seen many downsides here yet.
