Uncertainty is high

Pros

It is one other startup organization trying to pull things right.

Cons

Everyone joins an organization with an intention to provide individual service in return expect salary. I will only focus on this part. All other things are mentioned in other reviews. 1. Perks like release vouchers are stopped. 2. Hobby fund no more exists Ok, when company is not doing good above things goes for a toss understandably. How should we look at below 1. Now reimbursements are kept on hold for 3+ months. 2. Salary is delayed twice in 4 months. 3. No hikes These are basic things, if company can't fulfill these, it implicitly mean the state of company.

Stay Away as Leadership is clueless

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

The basic problem is that the leadership is clueless and each having a certain siloed vision. Unfortunately they haven't taken into account market dynamics, competition where the Markets are already penetrated. The leadership got Series C last year and without well thought business plan and rationale they just hired multiple folks across multiple rounds and post that multiple rounds of layoffs. Some of these had just joined in weeks. This clearly shows immaturity and no trust. The leadership had mentioned in Nov/Dec that there will be no more layoffs and then there was one more in Jan. Also global teams with siloed departments have hampered honest communication. Everyone is trying to do what they want rather than what is needed together. Only very few people in the company have knowledge and they have become bottlenecks as they haven't put any process in enabling others for the same. No AI in the product as claimed. Suggest to stay away.
